Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to assist the Management inoverseeing the daily operations of our Super Thrift store. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and appealing store environment. This role requires a blend of retail management skills, a heart for our mission, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people, including program participants.
