Role Overview
We’re looking for aStrategic Account Manager who knows how to win in complex enterprise sales. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Country Manager, signing collaborations, expanding accounts, and creating long-term value for some of the largest enterprises in CESE.
It's not about selling features, it's about sellingvision, transformation, and first-mover advantage in a space that every enterprise will soon be racing into. You will:
Own and grow strategic accounts - build and manage relationships with Wonderful’s enterprise clients
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers to align Wonderful’s products with Clients' business goals.
Drive product adoption and maximize client success and satisfaction
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to help improve our product & shape upcoming features
Turn customer feedback into product direction, influencing roadmap and solution design
Expand Wonderful’s footprint by opening new doors and landing new enterprise customers.
Requirements
3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption based company; or
~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup
At least 1 year working in the Finish market
Exceptional communication skills, written & spoken
Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
Fluent in English and in Finish
Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills.
