Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of Ontario healthcare and digital health environments
- Experience with digital health strategy, roadmap development, and governance models
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR modernization, health data management, interoperability, and AI initiatives
- Experience working in complex public sector or healthcare environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with PHIPA, PIPEDA, privacy, and healthcare data governance frameworks is highly preferred
