Black Pearl is currently recruiting for a Market Manager on behalf of a leading utility organization in the UAE. This strategic role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing electricity and water markets, supporting long-term demand and supply planning, evaluating market opportunities, and engaging with key stakeholders across the utility value chain. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting market development initiatives, utility reforms, and future generation and water production strategies. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and Independent Water Producers (IWPs), utility operators, regulators, transmission companies, or power and water procurement entities.
