Elevate employee relations management with MDA Space as a Senior Manager. This role emphasizes strategic policy development and collective bargaining leadership within a manufacturing context.
In your strategic role, you will navigate all aspects of the Employee Relations framework. Key activities include overseeing negotiations and providing expert advice on performance and grievance management. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and lead investigations to support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own collective bargaining negotiations and strategies
• Develop ER policies and practices for consistency
• Manage high-stakes grievances and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues
• Provide guidance on labor laws to leaders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset
• Proven knowledge of labor laws in Ontario preferred
