Overview
NeuralWorks SpA, based in Chile, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead and scale the finance function. This is a leadership role focusing on financial planning, cash flow management, and providing strategic support to the executive team. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. The position requires 5–10 years of relevant experience and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the finance function to support growth.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to support operations.
