Role Summary
We need a Strategic People Partner to coach senior leaders, advise managers on people leadership, employee relations and performance matters, and drive a culture of trust and collaboration across a globally distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior leaders, streamlining People interactions and driving consistent messaging.
