As a Sourcing Manager, you will have a strong understanding of NPI project management activities, including the end to end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will lead a team of project management colleagues, working on high-impact NPI projects that move the business forward. You will help your direct and cross functional team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of NPI projects, and support your team to prepare reports for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates the operational and strategy creation aspects of NPI sourcing projects
- Partners with Commodity managers to create strategy and drive NPI projects to completion
