Overview
This position is responsible for creating and communicating a explicit strategic vision for the business. Duties include defining tactical and strategic agendas that enhance the business and working closely with executive leadership on key strategic initiatives.
Work hours range from 40 to 60 hours per week with flexible schedules; overtime, weekends, or evenings may be required.
Responsibilities
- Coaching leadership and management through strategy development and sustainable efficiencies.
- Productivity improvements, resource allocation and risk control strengthening, and improved consumer experience.
- Anticipate risk scenarios, develop risk management strategies, and establish mitigation measures.
- Establish KPIs for analyzing business performance against goals, objectives, targets, and budgets.
