Your role
- Establish the structural framework from the engineer's concept.
- Independently develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models and construction drawing packages from conceptual design through IFC stages.
- Complete 3D modelling of reinforced concrete, steel, and wood structures using Revit for a range of complex projects.
- Develop structural details and coordinate structural models with architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines, including clash detection and resolution.
- Apply sound technical judgment to translate engineering intent into accurate, constructible models and details.
- Review and coordinate models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards prior to submission.
- Follow project BIM standards and contribute to model quality checks and coordination workflows using BIM360.
