Structural Forensic Engineer – Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP (Calgary, Alberta, Canada)
Pario Engineering and Environmental Services is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and passionate Structural Forensic Engineer to support the Calgary area. The successful applicant will perform forensic investigations for structural, building envelope, and building code compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and good presentation skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders. A willingness to travel is a must.
Responsibilities
- Assess, analyze and report on the cause and origin of structural failures
- Interview witnesses, service personnel and other local officials
- Provide structural designs for restoration and renovation purposes
