Job Description
What will you do?
- Management of Drafted Lima studio, including workforce planning, people management, and operational execution, ensuring optimal utilization of resources across all functions.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for the studio, reporting directly to the Head of Studio Content, and ensuring alignment with global business objectives, performance expectations, and operational standards.
- Support the establishment, and ongoing development of the studio, ensuring readiness for current and future operational needs.
- Lead the implementation of new business initiatives and projects, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the successful implementation and scaling of projects, from planning through execution and post launch evaluation.
- Lead and coordinate studio wide meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and transparency within the studio.
