About the role

• Support the creation of a relational database schema to manage installation criteria for naval combat systems.
• Work with various teams on combat systems to document installation criteria for those systems.
• Contribute to the generation of installation checklists for combat systems using the relational database schema.
• Support design verification reviews to ensure combat system installation criteria are met.
• Support planning, scheduling and related work‑status activities.

What you bring to the role

• Enrolled in a recognized naval architecture or related engineering program (especially mechanical or electrical) and have partially completed the program.
• Ability to solve challenging problems as part of a team.
• High degree of initiative and autonomy.
• Available for a four-month period starting in September 2026.
