The Superintendent leads, oversees, directs, and coordinates construction field activities and the performance of subcontractors and Clark Builders Self‑Perform Operations (SPO) staff for a specific area of a large project. The role will initially be based out of our main office in Edmonton, Alberta, with the subsequent shift to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
Reports to: Senior Superintendent, Field Operations Manager.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and make decisions related to project activities in compliance with approved contract documents, scheduling, logistics, quality control, field operations, and WIP and subcontractors and Clark Builders Self‑Perform Operations (SPO) staffing levels, providing technical and job‑site planning guidance.
- Manage and align General Requirements and General Conditions (GR/GC) within the project budget.
