  Superintendent (Chemical Tankers) 
  
   Location:  Netherlands
  
   About the Role:  We are searching for an experienced Superintendent to join a close-knit team, focusing on the management of chemical tankers. This is an opportunity for a professional overseeing the operations of multiple vessels while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  
   Key Responsibilities:  
 Manage the operational performance of 3 to 4 chemical tankers.
 Oversee docking and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
 Collaborate with technical teams to address any operational issues and implement solutions.
 Develop and manage budgets for vessel operations.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for vessel crews and stakeholders.
 Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
   Qualifications:  
 Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the maritime industry.
 Strong background in chemical tankers or Small LPG Vessels.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to travel as required for vessel visits and dockings.
