Job Description
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Field Operations, the Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations on assigned job sites. They oversee work teams, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure compliance with plans, schedules, and safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
- :Ensure proper planning of work on the job site
- ;Maintain a constant presence on site to supervise work and resolve technical issues
- ;Supervise and lead work teams, including both subcontractors and JCB employees
