Requirements & QualificationsComprehensive maintenance on daily work.Train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.Coordinate and prioritize buildings & machinery repair, maintenance and projects.Involve input from team members in assigned projects.Review and prioritize work order requests, determine activities required for completion of work and set completion date.Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.Document and prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintenance logs.Maintain all machinery to ensure it meets working standards.Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program.Participate in ongoing process improvements and implement maintenance procedures.Oversee spare parts inventory stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
