Supervisor Clean & NDT
Location: CA-QC-SAINT HUBERT-H05 ~ 7007 Chemin De La Savane ~ BLDG H05 FACTORY, Canada.
Employment Type
Full‑time, day shift position (Monday–Friday) performed exclusively on‑site at St‑Hubert Campus 5.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the Clean and NDT teams.
- Manage the levels of inputs, outputs, and WIP departmental, while ensuring production priorities are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, quality, planning) to improve operational flow.
- Lead weekly meetings with the team and participate in meetings with other managers.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
- Lead and develop team members while ensuring compliance with current collective agreements.
