Position Summary
The Casino Marketing & Player Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Player Development team, ensuring exceptional guest service standards, execution of casino marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, retention strategies, loyalty program management, and achievement of departmental objectives.
The position acts as the link between management and Hosts, ensuring consistent execution of the property's customer relationship strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the Casino Marketing & Player Development team.
- Coach, train and develop Hosts and Executive Hosts.
