Management of quality indicators, cost, and operational performance. Coordination of audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and other certifications. Ensuring calibration, maintenance and availability of equipment and supplies. Leading training and development of the team. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and applicable legislation. Investigating customer complaints and supporting corrective and preventive actions. Higher education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food or related fields. Experience in laboratory management and leadership of teams. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025. Experience with quality indicators and audits. Knowledge of cost management and continuous improvement. Availability to relocate. ...
