What To Expect
Tesla Toronto Automation is seeking a Supervisor, Electrical Assembly to be part of a world class team that is responsible for designing and building automation equipment supplied to Tesla Factories. This energetic, skilled, cost-conscious, team‑oriented individual will supervise a team of technicians ensuring that they perform at a high level while meeting the needs of the production floor. The individual will be responsible for all Electrical Assembly related metrics for their shift. They will performance manage their team to generate the highest value from every employee while maintaining a high level of technical ability and driving towards quality and schedule.
Shift: 3:30PM - 1:00AM; Monday - Thursday and 2:30PM - 11:00PM; Friday
