IT Supervisor
Role overview: The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site-based information technology operations and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services that support mine operations and business functions. This role leads day-to-day infrastructure support, guides technical staff and contractors, and coordinates with corporate teams to implement standards, projects, and continuous improvements. The position exists to maintain operational continuity, strengthen cybersecurity and system performance, and align local technology solutions with organizational objectives.

Salary range: $115,990 CAD to $163,510 CAD. The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
