Supervisor, Metering Services
Location: Windsor, ON (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Metering Operations this position is responsible for providing oversight, support and guidance to the Metering Services staff and ensuring the efficient operation and administration of metering services, including ensuring accurate data collection, field activities and maintaining the integrity of the metering infrastructure. Duties include but are not limited to: management of meter reading data ensuring accuracy, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction; support scheduling and dispatching of meter-related assignments to staff; work in conjunction with Supervisory and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve metering system issues; ensure regulatory compliance and departmental adherence to Measurement Canada, OEB, ESA, IESO and internal policies; conduct analysis on data gathered related to metering performance, meter data and customer sat...
