Responsibilities
- Support existing safety related metrics and develop new and innovative approaches that prevent safety incidents in the Wafer Fab.
- Develop and execute training plans to achieve business goals.
- Ensure on‑going training of staff to maximize cross training for ample coverage when staff absent.
- Ensure 100% on‑time training for compliance.
- Interpret company goals into department/team goals and ensure communication of established goals, objectives, operational policies and procedures to staff.
- Motivate employees through interpersonal interactions on a regular basis, mentoring, fostering creativity, innovation and empowerment.
