Position Summary:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for Operations Leadership for a position in our Vancouver Flight Kitchen. If you have strong leadership skills and production experience this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.
You will be leading people and process in various departments including airline stores, warewash, final assembly and galley assembly. As we’re a 24hr/day, 7 days per week operation, you must be able to work various shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan daily labour according to production requirements and productivity targets
• Assign work and follow up throughout your shift to ensure your departments are achieving the plan
