As a Production Supervisor, you’ll guide a dedicated team, uphold Macmahon’s safety-first culture, and ensure our daily targets and operational standards are consistently achieved.
About the Role:
- You will play a central role in coordinating and optimising production activities across the site.
- Monitoring the performance and efficiency of Dozer and Load & Haul operations
- Maintaining short interval control boards and delivering timely, constructive feedback to crews
- Working closely with maintenance supervisors to resolve breakdowns and equipment damage
- Ensuring all machinery and equipment operate at peak productivity
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
