Position OverviewLead the design, development, and quality assurance of medical device packaging and labeling systems (Physical Flow Systems).
Work across cross‐functional teams to move concepts from design to market release.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and implement all aspects of the company's packaging and labeling product development.Develop, evaluate, and maintain technical quality assurance, control systems, reliability standards, and CAPA processes.Oversee investigation and evaluation of existing technologies and guide conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, and processes.Direct feasibility studies and monitor documentation throughout all R&D phases.Coordinate activities with external suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career development.Provide input to hiring, promotions, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports.Peo...
