- Responsible for determining the training and development needs of employees among different company areas.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining production areas onboarding training.
- Responsible to lead and coordinate internal trainers.
- Responsible for scheduling and implementing the annual training and development plan.
- Responsible to establish contact with specialized companies, educational institutions and external consultants to update the courses inventory.
- Preparation and administration of training and development budget.
- Controls the selection, production and acquisition of training material and submits them for Management approval.
- Coordinates and/or participates in the logistics and implementation of the training and development courses required by the training program.
