Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Analyst, Replenishment Planner is responsible for providing support to the assigned analysts by fielding inquiries regarding product information, customer orders, and principal related questions. The Supply Chain Analyst, Replenishment Planner will work in conjunction with the principal, sales, internal departments, and warehouses to solve all issues and questions. They partner with other team members to explore opportunities for process improvements while instilling the company’s core values into the day-to-day operations of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides support services to assigned analysts by managing inbound orders, fielding inquiries regarding product, order, and principal related questions.
- Manages PO documentation in ERP and supplier portals.
