Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain, manufacturing, and supplier quality operations
• Serve as the end‑to‑end operational leader for BESS NAM
• Lead the scaling of BESS NAM operations to meet and exceed business plan objectives
• Drive cost competitiveness and margin improvement initiatives
