Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct shipping and receiving team members to ensure Blommer meets OTIF targets and clear separation of inventory accuracy.
- Lead effort to establish and organize an efficient and effective demand planning process.
- Analyze the demand plan at a high level to define gaps and areas that should be prioritized and communicate to Sales.
