Job Summary
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team connects demand planning, supply chain planning, and fulfilment operations into one cohesive, end-to-end way of working for Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE). The team is driving Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) across production centers, business streams and markets and ensures reliable, responsive, and cost‑efficient delivery of capital equipment. This is done through standardized processes, advanced planning tools, and a customer‑centric approach.
The environment is dynamic and global with plenty of room for stimulating challenges. We are currently shaping a new operating model for S&OP in parallel with configuration of tools and developing processes. The team operates in a truly global and cross‑functional environment. We take an end‑to‑end approach for planning, focusing on quality decisions and continuously learning from our mistakes.
