Job Description
Work Responsibilities: Perform surgeries for cancer treatment in organs like breast, GI tract, head & neck, etc. Manage pre and post-operative care of oncology patients. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards. Ensure surgical margins and tissue handling for biopsy. Counsel patients and discuss surgical outcomes. Types of Surgeries: Mastectomy, Lumpectomy (Breast) Colectomy, Whipple (GI) Neck dissection, Laryngectomy (Head & Neck) Radical Hysterectomy (Gynae) Lobectomy, Esophagectomy (Thoracic) Qualification: MCh/DNB Surgical Oncology or MS with oncology experience
