Based in Toronto, you will shape our content product and positioning, turning it into a defining pillar of a new social-first agency. This role goes far beyond content calendars and community management. It’s about creating the systems, frameworks, and strategic thinking that enable brands to earn attention, build advocacy, and drive measurable business outcomes at scale. You will define the agency’s point of view on the future of content, especially as AI reshapes how audiences discover, engage with, and contribute to brand storytelling.
