Here’s how you will contribute to the success of the company
- Participate on service operations and continual service improvement
- Keep track, organize and manage information services tickets to respect different SLAs defined in our ITSM
- Assist internal service desk on escalated internal hardware and software issues
- Perform in-depth analysis to determine requirements and needs of new services
- Develop and implement internal support procedures and documentation
- Participate in major migration projects
- Participate in the deployment of SaaS or on-premises applications
