Our Fab Supporting department is committed to ensuring that all support tools (including pumps, abatement, chiller, valves, heating devices and other accessories) can operate smoothly. we also assists all equipment departments in the automated delivery and warehousing management of materials and parts and use the professional technology of Taiwan bench team to assist in various parts repair, improved design and development to save equipment maintenance costs, so we are keen to encourage all innovations and excellent improvements made by the team.

Position Overview: As a Taiwan Bench Manager (M1), you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the Taiwan bench under M2. This position is vital for dynamically supporting all functions demanding urgent parts repair, while also driving innovation and excellence within the team with the foresight to make mid- and long-term plans for the development of the organization's business and the growth of operational efficiency, and demonstrate good execution capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations and projects of the Taiwan bench, ensuring flawless execution and timely completion.
  • Determine and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting all functions with urgent repair requests.
  • Collect and analyze new information extensively, staying abreast of industry trends and new technologies in components.
  • Lead and guide team members in developing new repair projects and formulating long-term plans and execution strategies.
  • Cooperate with Central bench, other site benches, and external departments to understand user needs and fully market and promote the organization's business.

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree above in Engineering, semiconductor-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive understanding of the applications and principles of components used in equipment, such as valves, pneumatics, electrical systems, machining components, automation control, surface treatment or coating and robotics.
