What you’ll be doing
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, sourcing passive talent, running assessments, and performing pre‑employment checks.
- Providing ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the process, actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment.
- Proactively source top‑tier talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
