Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for targeted positions
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment screenings

• Assist with market and compensation research
• Lead onboarding processes and integration reviews
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related fields
• 4+ years in recruitment or HR coordination
• Bilingual in French and English
