Coordinates and executes Talent Acquisition processes and programs for Mexico and LATAM, contributing to the attraction, identification, and hiring of qualified talent to meet business needs in a timely manner. Additionally, supports and coordinates onboarding activities and new talent development initiatives, including internship, trainee, and university partnership programs, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires, as well as compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
