Talent Acquisition Intern: Recruit & Optimize Hiring

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and campus channels.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding and maintain candidate databases.
• Handle recruitment data, track key metrics, and use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency.
• Support employer branding events (career fairs, campus outreach).
• Help optimize recruitment processes as part of the team.

Requirements

• sCurrent Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Smart, responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic MS Office skills; familiarity with recruiting tools or data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards) is a plus
