Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading and executing strategic recruitment and talent attraction initiatives across Amico Affiliates’ operations. This position blends leadership, strategy, and hands‑on recruitment to ensure the organization successfully attracts, hires, and onboards top‑tier talent across functions and project teams. The role partners closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and external partners to shape a high‑performing workforce and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the talent acquisition function for Amico Affiliates, setting direction for sourcing, talent mapping, leadership of the team, interviewing, assessment, and offer strategy.
