Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, vetting and offer — within agreed SLAs
- Manage all activity accurately in Workday ATS and ensure employment equity compliance
- Source beyond job boards — GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, developer forums, LinkedIn and direct outreach
- Build hire-ready pipelines for recurring, niche and hard-to-fill roles, particularly in financial services technology
- Engage passive candidates and convert market intelligence into active candidate relationships
- Design and execute graduate and school leaver recruitment campaigns informed by the values and aspirations of each talent segment
- Propose evidence-based channel and media selections — career fairs, university partnerships, campus activations and digital platforms
