Lead Kick off meetings with hiring manager for Job Description creation or alignment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to identify potential candidates, this includes sourcing, screening candidates, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires in Latam and Europe.
Build or improves assessment for any of the roles needed & conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with our company culture and value.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand our candidate pool
