Responsibilities

• Develops compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve the attraction and matching of qualified candidates.
• Organizes job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with clients' needs.
• Conducts interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements.
• Sources active and passive candidates by leveraging recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals within own professional network to find suitable talents for operational roles.
• Initiates regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with labour market trends and hiring practices.
• Collaborates with clients to shortlist successful candidates, manages the offer and candidate feedback process, while balancing the interests of both candidate and client.
