We are in search of an experienced Talent & Culture Manager to lead HR practices that support our rapidly growing studio. You’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle while collaborating with management to attract outstanding talent. This hybrid role requires presence on-site every Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Talent & Culture function for the studio
• Handle full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Collaborate closely with managers on hiring process
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration
