About the Role
As a Talent Operations Coordinator , you’ll serve as the bridge between technology, processes, and people. You will support hiring teams and improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Answer support tickets for hiring managers, job requesters, and recruiters regarding technical issues in our talent tech stack.
- Lead training for recruiters on new tools and strategic initiatives.
- Run reports in our ATS and other tools to share insights with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage and update documentation, decks, and spreadsheets related to processes and systems.
