The opportunity
This is a rare chance to be the person who shapes who Senpilot becomes. As our first in‑house recruiter, you'll own the entire talent function from the ground up - sourcing, outreach, pipeline building, and closing. We're an extremely selective team with a high bar for both talent and culture, and we need someone who can move fast, think creatively, and obsess over finding exceptional people. You'll work out of our Toronto office alongside the founding team.

- Build and execute proactive outreach strategies to engage top‑tier passive candidates
