They are looking for an ambitious Talent Relations Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with company leaders to coordinate the logistical details for campaigns, events and Talent
- Act as a liaison between talent, clients, and colleagues
- Responsible for all logistical details including booking flights, arranging ground transportation, and accommodation, scheduling details, campaigns, social media content, calls, etc.
- Coordinate and participate in pre-event/campaign briefing calls and social media calendars
- Assist with the editing of contracts
