You’ll be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering the Target Business Model (TBM) within the Serialisation+ (S+) business transformation program, reporting to the S+ Business Transformation Lead, who holds overall end-to-end accountability. The role focuses on the operational delivery and evolution of the TBM, ensuring that the foundations established in Chile are consolidated, embedded into the business, and developed into scalable, repeatable approaches that can be applied in other markets. You’ll design how the business should operate across processes, roles, decision rights, governance, and ways of working. Working closely with business teams, it translates strategic direction into clear operating model designs, assesses design options, and supports teams in resolving practical trade-offs during implementation.
