**Tax Compliance & Documentation Associate**
The Product Compliance & Documentation Officer is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and verifying product documentation for beverage products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements before submission for market approval. The role serves as the key link between suppliers/product owners and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Receive and organize documentation for beverage products, including product declaration forms, methods of preparation, ingredient lists, tax certificates, trade licenses, and related certificates.
+ Review and verify each document for accuracy, completeness, validity, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
+ Identify missing, expired, or inconsistent documents and follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain corrections.
